Mike Hainer is the “H” in H & B Financial Group. Mike is an
investment advisor representative with KCD Financial, Inc. and holds
the Series 6, 7, 63, 66 and 24 securities registrations, as well as
state insurance licenses. Mike specializes in planning distributions
from retirement plans (including 403(b) accounts and IRAs), having
given numerous seminars and written articles on the topic. Mike is the

Mike also works with many business owners to establish pension and
profit sharing plans that maximize the benefit to owners and / or key
management personnel. |

Mike is a member of Endowment Committee of the Evans Scholars
Foundation and a Director of the Western Golf Association. He has
appeared on WDIV television show "Due Process" to discuss estate
planning topics, and is a lifetime member of the National Registry of
Who's Who. |

Mike graduated Cum Laude from the University of Michigan Law School
in 1983, where he served on the Michigan Law Review. He also graduated
Magna Cum Laude from University of Michigan in 1978, with High
Distinction and Honors in Economics |

Mike and Sue, his wife of 29 years, have three daughters. Mike is an
avid sports fan who spends most of his leisure time playing golf. |

Doug Burgdorf is the "B" in the H & B Financial Group. Doug
is an investment advisor representative and registered representative
with KCD Financial, Inc. and holds the Series 6, 7, 63, and 65
securities registrations, as well as state insurance licenses. Doug
specializes in planning distributions from retirement plans (including
403(b) accounts and IRAs), having given numerous seminars and written
articles on the topic. Doug also works with many small business owners
to establish pension and profit sharing plans that maximize the benefit
to owners and / or key management personnel. |

Doug graduated from University of Michigan as an undergraduate in
1994. Doug received a Masters Degree in Finance from Wayne State
University in 2000. Doug went on to receive the academic qualification
to sit for the CFP® certification exam at Oakland University where he
still serves as a member of their Academic Advisory Board. Doug
received the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2004. |

| Doug and Amy, his wife of 10 years, have a 7-year-old son, Brandt, and 5-year-old daughter, Baylie Shaye. Doug is an avid sports fan who spends most of his leisure time playing golf and fishing with his family. | |
